Closing Hours:
No holder of a retail dealer's permit issued hereunder and no servant, agent or employee of such permittee shall sell any alcoholic beverages between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. All stores, shops, salons, night clubs, bars or any other places of business licensed under the provisions of this article shall be closed at 2:00 a.m. and shall remain closed continuously until 10:00 a.m. of the same day; and provided, however, that an exception to this requirement, is that the permit holder and his bona fide employees may remain within the licensed premises. Restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores or other businesses may remain open for the sale of other items permitted by law but any sale of alcoholic beverages at such places of business during the prohibited hours is expressly prohibited.

Location Regulations:
Outside of municipalities and in unincorporated areas which are not divided into subdivisions with streets, blocks, or sidewalks, no liquor or alcoholic beverage permit shall be granted for any premises situated within 500 feet or less in distance, of a building or property occupied exclusively as a church, synagogue, public library, public playground or school, except a school for business education conducted as a business college or school. In municipalities and in unincorporated areas which are divided in to subdivisions with streets, blocks or sidewalks, no liquor or alcoholic beverage permit shall be granted for any premises situated within 300 feet or less in distance, of a building or property occupied exclusively as a church, synagogue, public library, public playground or school, except a school for business education conducted as a business college or school.  Certain exceptions apply for bona fide hotels, railway cars and bona fide fraternal organizations.

Open Containers on Public Streets Prohibited:
It shall be unlawful for any person to carry any open container containing any alcoholic beverage of high or low content in, upon or onto any public street, roadway, thoroughfare, right of way, sidewalk, park, school property, public building or public lands.

Firearms Possession:
No person shall intentionally possess a firearm while on the premises of any commercial establishment in which alcoholic beverages of either high or low alcoholic content are sold in individual servings for consumption on the premises, whether or not such sales are a primary or incidental purpose of the business of the establishment or a place where alcoholic beverages are sold for consumption on the premises.

Notify the Sheriff :
It shall be the responsibility of the owner and/or operator or his designated manager to see that the sheriff's office is immediately notified of any disturbance or criminal act on or about the premises licensed under this chapter.
